Ingredients for 2 glasses
- 2 limes
- 20 mint leaves
- 1 Granadilla
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 10 cl white rhum
- 1 glass of crushed ice
- 30 cl soda water
Cut the limes in half. Keep 2 slices for decoration. Cut the rest in wedges. Use a muddler to crush the mint and the lime. Cut the Granadilla in half. Scoop the flesh and slice it with a knife and fork. Place the lime, the mint, the Granadilla, the rhum and the sugar in a shaker. Shake well and serve over ice in large glasses. Top off with a splash of soda water. Garnish with a slice of lime and a mint sprig. Enjoy in moderation!
