In cultivation, Granadilla grows on horizontal wire trellis erected at about 2 meter high. Under specific weather conditions, the plant bears fruit all year round. Fruits have a diameter of about 7 centimeters and weigh 125 grams on average. Their color varies from yellow to orange-red.
